After graduating with an MSc degree in Marketing from the University of Salford in UK Helen had 15 years of solid experience in sourcing and merchandising with 3 leading MNCs in Hong Kong before deciding on a career in Executive Search in 2005.  

Helen covers Hardlines, Apparel, Footwear, Toys, Fashion Accessories, Home Textiles, Home decoration, Furniture, Electrical goods and DIY and has successfully filled many positions including Managing Director, General Merchandising Manager, VP Quality.  Helen is a

passionate, diligent and driven individual with excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build strong relationships, develop practical solutions and through intelligent research deliver results for her clients across a range of challenging roles within the merchandising and sourcing industry.

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Helen’s personality, her relationship driven approach and in depth industry knowledge will add value to MSC by extending the existing base of clients and candidates.
