Emily is a result driven Executive Search professional who has in excess of fifteen years of experience serving Fortune 500 companies and regional industry leaders in the Asia Pacific region. She has undertaken very diversified assignments and made successful placements of C-suite and senior executives in FMCG, banking & financial services, information technology & telecommunications, life science, consumer electronics, logistics & transportation, energy and utilities, metal & mining as well as the hospitality industries.

Emily has a well deserved reputation for delivering exceptional results in the most challenging assignments and circumstances, while at the same time building professional and productive relationships. In start-up roles she has consistently driven high impact initiatives and results for new clients. Her well rounded experience and exposure shaped by the diversity of assignments she has handled enables her to take on complex assignments which call for creative and imaginative solutions.

Prior to joining the Executive Search business, Emily worked in multinational financial institutions and the hospitality industry.  She has a BA degree in Business with Social Studies and speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
