ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER / DIRECTOR (REF. MSC119)
A leading provider of ERP & CRM Solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide account management service on key enterprise customers
- To help project management in terms of project scope, goals and deliverables
- To plan and schedule project timelines; identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- To resolve project conflict and bottlenecks
- To negotiate with enterprise customer in the best interest of the company
- To maintain good long term relationship with the enterprise customer and enhance installed base selling
- Providing presales support to sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holding a degree in any relevant area like Business Administration, Manufacturing/Production, etc. will be an advantage
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience, of which more than 5 years in project management
- With In-depth experience on production or manufacturing module is key to this position
- Having hands-on experience with any ERP system (such as PeopleSoft Enterprise One/JDE, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Sun Accounts, etc.) is preferred
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and good in Mandarin
- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Have to be initiative and be able to work independently
- Must learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Travel is required
