ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER / DIRECTOR (REF. MSC119)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide account management service on key enterprise customers
  • To help project management in terms of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • To plan and schedule project timelines; identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • To resolve project conflict and bottlenecks
  • To negotiate with enterprise customer in the best interest of the company
  • To maintain good long term relationship with the enterprise customer and enhance installed base selling
  • Providing presales support to sales team

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holding a degree in any relevant area like Business Administration, Manufacturing/Production, etc. will be an advantage
  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience, of which more than 5 years in project management
  • With In-depth experience on production or manufacturing module is key to this position
  • Having hands-on experience with any ERP system (such as PeopleSoft Enterprise One/JDE, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Sun Accounts, etc.) is preferred
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and good in Mandarin
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Have to be initiative and be able to work independently
  • Must learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel is required
