DEPUTY MANAGER, STATION AT SHANGHAI (REF. MSC104)

- Report to China General Manager and Hong Kong Regional head office
 
 
  
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the country’s P&L in meeting company target
 
- To develop the sales plan and execution strategy 
 
- To focus on business development and marketing initiatives for maintaining business growth in china market
 
- To improve the operational control by complying with company policy and US GAAP requirement
 
- To develop operational targets / KPIs and corresponding strategies to strive for continuous improvement in the aspects of quality, time, and cost
 
- To optimize the service level, project budget control, and project quality, and customer satisfaction level
 
- To support the Regional Operation Lead in driving programs and tracking project progress, sales performance management, resources utilization
 
- To analyze business data and trends and provide recommendation to maximize the P/L performance
 
 
  
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in Information Management, Business Administration, Accounting, related disciplines
 
- 7-10 years solid work experience in MNC or sizable company with solid exposure in management level and ERP projects
 
- Good in English (both spoken and written) and fluent Mandarin
 
- Good presentation skills
 
- Strong written and verbal communication
 
- Adaptable and flexible personality in driving business wins
 
- Team player and good conflict management skill
 
- Travel is required
