• Report to Managing Director, HK

OBJECTIVES:

• Translating project assignments into project main outlines and project plans, and managing the realization and implementation of the customization/integration development and service delivery
• To meet customer requirements by adhering to quality and performance standards and budgets

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of technical staff
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables and ensure that both project schedules & business objectives are met
• Develop project plans and associated communications documents
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
• Projects budget management
• Good communication with all parties concerned (development, suppliers, customers and management)
• Participate in customer meetings for information gathering

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in information technology/ computer science discipline with min 5 yrs of working experience in project management
• Able to balance between commercial expectations and organization service capabilities
• Good project management ability and make necessary corrections
• Experience in software development
• Technically competent with various software programs, platforms and computer programming. Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies
• English, Cantonese and Mandarin
