ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, SALES (REF. MSC101)

  • Report to Sales Director
  • Direct Reports – SC, Solution Engineers, Office Assistant

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver annual sales target for new sales and renewals
  • Manage Supply Chain (SC)
  • Develop and manage a rolling 18 month leads and opportunities pipeline
  • Use Salesforce for management of pipelines
  • Oversee marketing events, user group meetings and product road shows
  • Develop new markets for training and education solutions

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • Possess a client network and industry knowledge in the education, secondary school, government and corporate training sectors
  • Five years or more of sales experience
  • Well versed in Solution Selling and Complex Sales; sales pipeline ownership; team building; licensing and contracting terms and conditions
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

TRAVELLING:

  • Singapore or Hong Kong or Taiwan focus
  • Participation in quarterly group sales review meetings
  • Attendance of vendors’ annual sales meetings overseas
