ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, SALES (REF. MSC101)
An Asia-based professional services company in e-Learning solutions, Enterprise Email and Media Networks.
- Report to Sales Director
- Direct Reports – SC, Solution Engineers, Office Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver annual sales target for new sales and renewals
- Manage Supply Chain (SC)
- Develop and manage a rolling 18 month leads and opportunities pipeline
- Use Salesforce for management of pipelines
- Oversee marketing events, user group meetings and product road shows
- Develop new markets for training and education solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Possess a client network and industry knowledge in the education, secondary school, government and corporate training sectors
- Five years or more of sales experience
- Well versed in Solution Selling and Complex Sales; sales pipeline ownership; team building; licensing and contracting terms and conditions
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin
TRAVELLING:
- Singapore or Hong Kong or Taiwan focus
- Participation in quarterly group sales review meetings
- Attendance of vendors’ annual sales meetings overseas
